If this is a representation of your kids diet, and you want to change it, please know that you’re not alone. It’s not easy to get kids to eat, healthy, but it’s not impossible either! 

My suggestion? Start slow with changing out foods and start adding nutrients via supplements.

Just because you use time or money as an excuse to say no to an opportunity to start walking a new path doesn’t mean you’re using time and money wisely now. 

The most likely scenario is that you have limiting beliefs, you’re scared and you’re wasting time and money on things that don’t serve you or the purpose you were created for. 

How deep and profound would your relationship with God be if you stopped fearing the unknown, changed unhealthy food choices, removed toxic products from your home and stopped being overly busy?

My guess is it would be more and more beautiful and exhilarating 🕊️. Limiting beliefs have no place in this earth. Believe in what life can look like if you move out of the shadows and take advantage of opportunities in front of you right now 💙🤍💙.
When it comes to using machines at the gym, there When it comes to using machines at the gym, there are several ways you can change it up. This is especially good to know if you’re using the same machines each week! Here are my tips on adding variation to fitness machines:

🔴 Work the eccentric by slowing down on the release (as I show on the abduction machine). Count 1 out and 3 in. Another example of this is bicep curls - 1 count up, 3 counts down. 
🟠 Work on volume with single counts of both contraction and release. Examples of sets would be 4 sets of 10 reps or 3 sets of 12. 
🟡 Work on heavy weight and low repetition. Increase the weight to the point where it’s challenging but you can still keep your form. Example sets would be 4 sets of 6 or 5 sets of 5. Make sure to rest for about 30-60 seconds in between sets. 
🟢 Ladder your reps down with each set. Start with a lower weight and do 15 reps. Then increase the weight and do 12 reps, and so on and so forth. 

You should start to notice a difference in strength, muscle formation and endurance by changing up HOW you do your exercises, even if they’re the same exercises each week!
