I love tacos! I love them almost as much as I love pizza. But let’s face it, eating tacos on the daily isn’t going to help me reach any health and fitness goals I have. Luckily, I love the alternative – lettuce wraps. They have the look and feel of a taco shell, and when you use butter leaf lettuce they have an awesome crunch factor too. Laugh at me all you want – but I love a good crunch factor!

These butter leaf lettuce wraps are fast, easy, and super tasty! Customize them any way you like, but if you want to make them how I did, follow the instructions below.

p.s. – one of my household rules is make all food taste like a taco

Ingredients:
-Butter leaf lettuce
-1 cup Ground turkey, seasoned with 21 Day Fix season blend
-1/2 Tomato, diced
-1/2 Bell pepper, diced
-2 tbsp. Jalapeno cheese
-Cholula
-Sweet potato fries

Directions:
-Fully cook ground turkey with seasoning blend.
-Dice tomatoes and bell pepper, clean lettuce.
-Mix together cooked turkey and raw vegetables
-Scoop  mixture on top of cleaned lettuce
-Sprinkle with cheese and cholula
-Pair with sweet potato fries (or side of choice)

Topping the wraps with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt would be to die for as well!
