Everyday at lunch I drink my Shakeology. I’ve done this for 2 years now, rarely missing a day. I make this meal replacement a priority and when I do miss a day, my body let’s me know! Here are a few reasons why I personally drink it everyday.

My favorite way to drink it is by blending it into a smoothies. I have a regular recipe I use because I’m one of those people who doesn’t get bored easily with the same foods. BUT there are days when I am in the mood for something different than my regular!
I only drink the vegan because whey protein upsets my stomach, so I am sharing with you all some of my favorite vegan Shakeology recipes! I’ll start with chocolate since it’s my absolute favorite and then share some tropical strawberry flavor recipes!
Side note – I have a Vitamix and I’ve found the way I put the ingredients in the blender makes a difference, so I will list the recipes in order of how they should go in.
Vegan Chocolate Shakeology Blended Recipes
Laura’s Daily Shake
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-1/2 banana
-About 10 ice cubes
Minty Fresh
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1/8-1/4 tsp. of mint extract (depends on how strong you like it)
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-About 10 ice cubes
Java Chocolate Shakeology
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1/2 cup cold coffee
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-About 10 ice cubes
Peanut Butter Chocolate
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-About 10 ice cubes
Vegan Chocolate Shakeology Shaken Recipes
-This way to drink Shakeology is best when it’s really cold!
Dark Chocolate
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-Shake hard and then a lot of ice cubes
PB2 + Chocolate
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
-1 tbsp. PB2 or powdered peanut butter of choice
-Shake hard and then a lot of ice cubes
Refresher
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1 tbsp. honey
-1 scoop vegan tropical strawberry Shakeology
-1/2 banana
-1/4 cup oats
-About 10 ice cubes
Fruity OJ
-3/4 cup water
-3/4 cup organic orange juice
-1 scoop vegan tropical strawberry Shakeology
-1/2 banana
-About 10 ice cubes
Plain Jane Tropical Strawberry
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
-1/2 banana
-1 scoop vegan tropical strawberry Shakeology
-About 10 ice cubes
