We wouldn’t have had the same life of adventure and opportunities. Our kids wouldn’t have been able to experience the uniqueness of living on base. I wouldn’t have fully appreciated all the sacrifices that go into being a military family. I often wonder if people truly understand what it takes for our service members to make America 🇺🇸 the country that it is. I’m grateful for my veteran (even though he cringes when I say stuff like that 😆) and I’m grateful for all the veterans in my family! We are blessed beyond measure to have so many family members who have served and still do. God bless our veterans! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

G and I have been working out together for about 3 G and I have been working out together for about 3 years now. We workout 3-4 days a week and we’ve always had people ask how we workout together and celebrate the fact that we do! 🎊 Save and share this routine to try out with your spouse or to do on your own! We wanted to give a visual of what our workouts together often look like. When we do things like bench press, we load my weights first and then G’s so it’s easier to drop or increase weights. I don’t want too. I tried it in the past and it was miserable. 😖 There are better ways to achieve YOUR optimal health goals. There are easier ways to accomplish weight loss, better nutrition and a fueling a body you feel great in! 😄 My goal is to always teach women long term healthy habits. Ways that are sustainable and effective. I have a friend (over 45) who, for months, followed the trainer I’m referring too and was MISERABLE. She constantly felt like she was failing if her macros were “off” and she hated having to log food ALL DAY LONG. Ladies, we already have SO MUCH on our plates. Let’s not add more to them.
