Right photo was the last day of our trip last week after eating non-stop and walking 10-15K steps a day. 

I was using the supplemental support in 2023 that my doctor recommended, but with a holistic doc that gets expensive. 

I switched to new, more affordable and still incredibly effective supplements the last couple years and have maintained! 

Health doesn’t have to be challenging or cost an arm and a leg. It just costs your time, willingness and effort when you can throw it in 😘

If this is a representation of your kids diet, and you want to change it, please know that you’re not alone. It’s not easy to get kids to eat, healthy, but it’s not impossible either! 

My suggestion? Start slow with changing out foods and start adding nutrients via supplements.

I know from research any type of HRT can take a while to show the benefits, but I’m already seeing them without the signs being super obvious! I can’t wait to see how my body responds a few months from now.
